Aaron Ramsey has not travelled with the rest of the Arsenal squad for the side’s Europa League clash with Qarabag in Azerbaijan on Thursday evening, the Daily Mirror reports.
Ramsey has remained in London and speaking at his press conference on Wednesday, Arsenal boss Unai Emery confirmed Ramsey asked to be left out and stated why.
Aaron asked me if he could stay in London because he wife is pregnant and they are waiting [for her to give birth].
Ramsey is set to leave the club in January or next summer for free after contract talks with the Gunners broke down.

Liverpool are one of several clubs monitoring his situation.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will also not feature on Thursday evening for the Gunners due to illness, though it is hoped that he will be OK to feature against Fulham on Saturday.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also not travelled to Azerbaijan due to political unrest between the nation and his country of Armenia.
Emery went on to speak of Mkhitaryan’s absence by saying:
He can’t travel here.
We are here with the players with the best preparation to play them tomorrow.
My work is football. I respect each person, each culture, each country, but I don’t know each situation in every country.
For me, he can’t play tomorrow and I have respect for Micky
