Vélez Sarsfield playmaker Matias Vargas has revealed that he’d favour a move to Arsenal in the future instead of other top European clubs.
Speaking live on Argentinian television, the promising midfielder was quizzed about his aspirations for the future and was then asked about where his dream move would be.
Vargas was quick to rebuff the prospect of playing for the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus to indicate that Arsenal would be his preferred destination following footballing influence from his father.

The 21-year-old has established himself as an important player for his side in the Primera División and was able to earn himself his debut for Argentina earlier on this year.
Vargas is tipped for big things in Argentina and has evidently set his sights on a big move to Europe someday, with the prospect of a move to Arsenal clearly of interest to the player.
For now, though, he’ll be hoping to contribute towards a strong season with Vélez Sarsfield.
