Arsenal will reportedly target Napoli star Piotr Zielinski if Aaron Ramsey does indeed depart the club in the near future.
According to claims from Italian news outlet Sport Mediaset, the Gunners have already started making contingency plans ahead of Ramsey’s expected departure.
The Wales international sees his contract at the Emirates reach its expiration date at the end of the ongoing season, indicating that Arsenal will be forced to look elsewhere for midfield reinforcements.

Zielinski has started the season in fine fashion for Napoli after a strong campaign last term, prompting interest from clubs across Europe.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are believed to be desperate to retain his services for the foreseeable future, but Zielinski is claimed by Sport Mediaset to have emerged as a top target for Gunners boss Unai Emery.
The 24-year-old is an important part of Napoli’s plans moving forward and has been an integral part of their side this season, making seven appearances in Serie A.
