Arsenal are likely to be without first-choice goalkeeper Petr Cech for a number of weeks after he appeared to suffer a hamstring injury during Saturday’s clash with Watford.
The Czech international had to be replaced in injury-time at the end of the first half of the game against the Hornets as he seemed to pull his hamstring when taking a goal-kick.

He was replaced by summer signing Bernd Leno, and it looks like the German will now get an extended run in the side as Cech is likely to be sidelined for at least a couple of weeks.
A lot of observers were surprised when manager Unai Emery decided to stick with Cech as his number one, even though he’d spent a significant amount on Leno, but that was the decision he made.
However, Leno will now get the chance to prove that he should be Arsenal’s first-choice ‘keeper going forward.
