Unai Emery is among several senior figures at Arsenal who are growing frustrated at the uncertainty surrounding the future of Ivan Gazidis, the Metro reports.
Gazidis, the club’s chief executive, has played a key role in the overhaul Arsenal have undergone this past year.
Gazidis has seen Arsene Wenger replaced by new Gunners boss Emery and the employments of head of recruitment, Sven Mislintat, and head of football relations, Raul Sanllehi.
However, Gazidis has continued to be a target for AC Milan who want to take him to the San Siro.

Last week Arsenal denied reports that Gazidis had handed in his resignation to the club. However it is believed that the continuous uncertainty surrounding whether Gazidis intends to remain in North London or not is beginning to irritate both Emery and other senior officials at the club.
Gazidis has been at Arsenal for nine years now and is also a member of the board of the European Club Association as well as being on several FIFA, UEFA and FA committees.
