Alexandre Lacazette has been quick to deny rumours linking him with a move away from Arsenal.
The Frenchman was reported to have been considering a departure from the Emirates towards the end of the summer transfer window. However, he has since shed light on these claims.
As quoted by the Express, Lacazette confirmed that he has no intention to leave Arsenal at any time in the near future.
I don’t know who said this stuff, but I am at one of the best clubs in London and I am happy at Arsenal. It’s always going to be hard to be in the first XI at a club like this, but I always keep fighting and working.

I won’t play every week just because of one game. Every day I have to work and show the coach I work well and I deserve my place.
Lacazette has been used sparingly by Unai Emery since his arrival at the Emirates but appears to be nailing his place in the starting line-up down following a superb display at Cardiff City at the weekend.
The 27-year-old striker was in fine form and set Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s goal up before lashing home the decisive strike as the Gunners came away with a 3-2 win.
Lacazette struggled to develop consistency under Arsene Wenger last season but has started the new campaign sharply in a new-look Arsenal side.
