Arsenal are set to be without Mesut Özil for this afternoon’s clash against West Ham at the Emirates, according MailOnline.
The German playmaker missed club training on Friday after he picked up an illness, and is now expected to miss out on today’s game.
Aaron Ramsey is expected to line-up in place of the 29-year old Germany international.

The Gunners will hope that they can get off the mark without Özil, with the London side currently pointless after losses to Manchester City and Chelsea.
Their opponents West Ham are also pointless, having lost against Liverpool and Bournemouth so far this season.
Meanwhile, Arsenal coach Unai Emery has encouraged Ramsey to put aside talks of a new contract to focus on performing for the club.
Speaking ahead of the match, on the subject of Ramsey, Emery said:
I spoke with him last week.
I said: I want you focused only on training and only on the match, you show us the capacity to help the team.
The contract is another thing for his agent and the club but we want and I need his focus only on training, only on the match and on his performance each day.
