Chinese Super League sides are believed to have entered the running to sign Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal.
The Mirror claims that Barcelona have been watching the player’s situation closely, but there is now said to be interest from China.
Ramsey is entering the final months of his contract with the London club and appears no closer to signing a new deal with the Gunners.
There have been contrasting reports about the player’s future, with Chelsea and Liverpool tentatively linked with the Welshman throughout the summer.
Ramsey is said to be demanding a salary in the region of £250,000 a week from the Gunners, but there are concerns he could hold out until the summer to secure a better deal.
The midfielder will be able to demand a bigger wage packet from potential suitors if he becomes a free agent in the summer.
Arsenal are looking to balance the books themselves and Ramsey may have to lower his demands if he wants to sign a new deal.
