Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has admitted that Arsenal’s primary target for the season is to enjoy a strong campaign in the Premier League, the Evening Standard reports.
It’s set to be yet another busy season for Arsenal as they enter into a new era under Unai Emery. Following last term’s shortcomings, the Gunners will be playing in the Europa League, along with the three domestic competitions.
Returning to the Champions League is sure to be a top target for Arsenal this season, with the club set to oversee their second consecutive season in the Europa League.

Nevertheless, talismanic Arsenal striker Aubameyang has insisted that the main focus for his side is to achieve a high finish in the Premier League, despite the underlying desire to help the club win a trophy this season.
Collectively, we want to play every competition to the maximum. We can’t hide. It would be great to end the season with one or more trophies. The league is obviously the priority because it has been a while since Arsenal won it.
Arsenal’s Premier League season got off to an underwhelming start on Sunday afternoon after they were comfortably beaten by reigning champions Manchester City 2-0.
