Despite being a long-term target for Arsenal, it appears that Steven N’Zonzi is in talks with both Monaco and Paris Saint-German, according to France Football.
The Sevilla star has been chased for years by the North London club – first by Arsene Wenger, and then new boss Unai Emery. As recently as July, Sky Sports reported that the French player remained a target for the new manager.

Though the Premier League transfer window slammed shut on 9 August, this was an anomaly in the European market – France, Germany and Spain can buy and sell players until 31 August, and Italy until the 18th.
As such, N’Zonzi has his pick of clubs outside of England. PSG’s sporting director Antero Henrique – who approached the player late in the 2017 transfer window – is keen to do a deal, as are Monaco. Reports indicate, however, that the Sevilla player prefers Paris.
Roma and Barcelona have entered the chase late, but the two French clubs remain the favourite to complete the signing.
