Arsenal have officially allowed Calum Chambers to leave the club on a season-long basis.
The promising young defender is evidently not in Unai Emery’s plans at the Emirates for the season ahead and it has been confirmed now that Chambers has joined Fulham on a season-long loan deal.

Slavisa Jokanovic’s side have been on the lookout for further defensive reinforcements this summer and have added Chambers to the ranks as they look to avoid the drop in their first season back in the Premier League.

Chambers was used only sporadically throughout the course of last season but impressed when afforded the rare opportunity towards the tail-end of the campaign.
Arsenal will be hoping that Chambers can continue his development at Craven Cottage before returning to North London a more refined player, with a further depth of Premier League experience.
