# Arsenal willing to pay €100m to sign Dembele from Barcelona

Arsenal are reportedly willing to pay a fee in the region of €100 million for a deal to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona.

[Mundo Deportivo report](https://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbol/fc-barcelona/20180807/451242045608/dembele-arsenal-united-mercato-fcb.html) that the Gunners could spend €10 million to bring the player to London on loan, with a €90 million future fee included in the deal.

The player has been heavily linked with a move to London following the arrival of Malcom at Barcelona.

The arrival of the Brazilian, who joined from Bordeaux, raises questions about the amount of playing time he will get at the Camp Nou going forward.

Unai Emery is a known admirer of Dembele and has earmarked him as a transfer target.

The new Gunners boss wants to add some flair to his side in the final third, with Dembele the man they believe that can do just that.

Despite signing in a big-money deal, Barcelona appear open to selling the player, providing they can recoup a large chunk of the money they spent on him.
