According to TuttoMercatoWeb as quoted by the Express, Arsenal could be set to make Torino’s M’Baye Niang their sixth summer signing.
New Arsenal boss Unai Emery has already made five signings this summer since taking over at the Emirates.
Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira have all signed for the gunners as Emery looks to revamp his squad ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The latest reported target is Torino’s Niang, with Arsenal having enquired about the players availability this summer.
Torino are said to be willing to see Niang for a fee in the region of £12million and with Emery having previously refused to rule out making any further additions to his squad this summer, the Senegal international could be the next player to walk through the door at London Colney.
However Arsenal are yet to make a formal bid for the player and with the transfer window closing on August 9, time is now running out.
