Arsenal Chief Executive Ivan Gazidis is the subject of an offer from AC Milan, and is yet to inform the club of his decision, according to the Telegraph.
Gazidis has been a long-term figure at Arsenal and has overseen a massive restructuring of the club of the past few years. The most notable of these decisions obviously being getting rid of Arsene Wenger.
The Chief Executive has informed the Arsenal board about the offer from AC Milan, but he has not yet made a decision on his future.

Arsenal are confident that they would be able to seamlessly and quickly replace Gazidis however, showing that they believe that his departure from the club is a real possibility.
Gazidis accepted an offer from Arsenal in 2008, joining the club in 2009. Before this he was part of the founding management team at Major League Soccer, helping to decide key strategic and business decisions.
