Andre Gomes is unlikely to join Arsenal this summer with suggestions that new Gunners boss Unai Emery is happy with his current squad.
Rumours over the last few days suggested the Gunners were plotting a bid in the region of €25 million that would see the 24-year-old be the final bit of business in a successful summer for the London club.
However, according to Sport, speculation regarding the potential transfer of Gomes has died down over the last few days after the Arsenal boss claimed his transfer business is done for the summer.
The summer transfer window closes on August 9th and having already signed the likes of Sokratis, Bernd Leno, Stephan Lichsteiner, Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira, the Arsenal squad feels revitalised ahead of a new campaign.

Arsenal are not the only team who are believed to be in the race to sign Gomes, with Valencia also keeping tabs on his situation at the Nou Camp.
However, Barcelona only appear to be interested in selling as they look to trim their wage bill this summer, casting doubts over a move back to Valencia.
