Chelsea have reportedly identified Arsenal star Petr Cech as a potential summer target as they prepare for the departure of Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid.
Cech left Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2015 following Courtois’ return from his loan spell at Atletico Madrid. The experienced goalkeeper joined Arsenal in a deal believed to be worth £10 million.
According to Sky Sports’ Kaveh Solhekol, though, Cech could make a return to the Blues in the near future, with the former Czech Republic international seen as a potential replacement for Courtois if he does indeed seal a move to Real.

Cech is set to play second fiddle at the Emirates in the upcoming season, with Arsenal having completed the signing of German international Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen.
Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina has also recently been linked with a move away from North London.
