Marouane Fellaini now looks set to remain at Manchester United after telling his Belgian teammates that he will agree to new terms at the club.
According to a report from The Guardian, the Belgian international is looking increasingly likely to pen to paper on a new deal, despite interest from Arsenal.
Fellaini was due to become a free agent in a matter of days after rejecting previous contract offers from the club.

The Gunners had been heavily linked with a free transfer after it was reported that the player would prefer to remain in the Premier League, although there was also interest from Turkey and China.
The player had confirmed that he will announce his decision regarding his future on Sunday.
Despite Arsene Wenger’s departure, Jose Mourinho would have been keen not to lose a player to Arsenal.
Fellaini remains highly thought at Old Trafford, but wages and playing time are likely to have been key to any contract discussions.
