Lazio are interested in signing Aaron Ramsey, according to Calcio Mercato.
As Manchester United’s £80+ million swoop for Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic nears completion, the Italian outfit will be left needing to find a replacement for the dynamic midfielder.
Ramsey appeared in 30 matches for the Gunners last season and has been playing his football in North London since 2008 following a move from Cardiff.

The Welshman was a critical part of Arsene Wenger’s team, but may prove surplus to requirements under new manager Unai Emery.
Emery is sure to make his own evaluation of the 27-year-old, but if a Lazio bid came in at the right price Ramsey may say goodbye to the Premier League.
Whilst not the only midfielder Lazio have on their radar, Ramsey’s pedigree as an upper class box-to-box midfielder in Europe has made him a favoured replacement for Milinkovic-Savic.
Should United’s deal for the Serbian fall through however, it is understood that Lazio would cease pursuit of Ramsey.
