Arsenal’s hopes of landing Marouane Fellaini from Manchester United this summer have been boosted by the news he would like to stay in England.
According to a report from Belgian paper HLN, as cited on Sport Witness, the player is keen to remain in the Premier League as he prepares to become a free agent in the coming days.
Manchester United have done all they can to try and keep the player at Old Trafford, but he has rejected two contract offers from the club.
The Belgian international is thought to be on the hunt for regular game time and Arsenal have been credited with an interest for some time.
There is also thought to be interest from clubs in both Turkey and the Chinese Super League.
Losing a player to Arsenal would come as a huge blow to United boss Jose Mourinho, despite the Belgian not being a regular at Old Trafford last season.
