Arsenal target Lucas Torreira has talked up the prospect of a move to the Gunners. However, he still remains coy on his future.
According to the Independent, the 22 year old refused to say whether or not he has signed a deal with the Gunners, but called Arsenal one of the “most important clubs in the world”.

He said:
“No, I don’t know [if he is an Arsenal player], At the moment , the most important thing is playing for my country.
“Arsenal are a good team, one of the most important in the world, but at this moment I am focused on playing for my country.”
Torreira came on as a sub against Saudi Arabia as Uruguay confirmed their place in the round of 16 in the World Cup with a 1-0 win. Luis Suarez got the winner for Uruguay, in what was in truth a poor game of football.
