According to reports in Italy from Radiosei, as cited on La Lazio Siamo Noi, the Gunners are aware of interest from Lazio.
The Portuguese winger has been identified as someone who could provide Arsenal with some natural width and pace.
Lazio want to sign the player as a replacement for Felipe Anderson, who is a transfer target for West Ham.
Martins is a player in demand this summer following the news he will be free to leaving Sporting for nothing.
