Arsenal manager Unai Emery is reportedly keen for the club to sign Ever Banega from Sevilla this summer.
The creative midfielder is currently out in Russia with the rest of the Argentina squad at the World Cup but he could be on the move in the near future, as Arsenal emerge as a potential destination.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, as cited in a report from Spanish media outlet AS, new Gunners boss Emery is a huge admirer of Banega and is desperate to add him to the midfield options at his disposal for next season.

The 29-year-old remains a key player for Sevilla and it’s likely that the club will do all they can to retain the playmaker’s services this summer.
However, Arsenal are evidently keen to tie up their business quickly ahead of next season and Banega is the latest man to be linked, despite the Gunners’ wealth of options in the creative areas.
