The agent of Marseille midfielder Morgan Sanson has revealed that both Arsenal and Tottenham are interested in a deal for the player this summer.
It was reported earlier on in the week that the Gunners had expressed an interest in recruiting Sanson this summer, and these claims have been confirmed by the player’s agent, Michael Manuello.
Speaking to French news outlet Foot Mercato, as cited in a report by GFFN, Manuello delivered an update on the growing interest in his client.
Chelsea will not go any further, they are looking at other things. Tottenham are looking at Morgan. Very much so. Arsenal are looking at him also, but I don’t know what Unai Emery will want.

Sanson was an important player for Marseille last season as they enjoyed a considerably impressive campaign in Ligue 1. He also helped them to the Europa League final, where they were beaten 3-0 by Atletico Madrid.
New Arsenal manager Unai Emery is understood to be keen on recruiting a new holding midfielder for his side this summer, with the likes of Steven N’Zonzi having recently been linked. This would indicate that perhaps other alternatives are being eyed by the Spaniard.
Sanson appears to be a genuine target for the Gunners, though, as they continue to make plans ahead of what promises to be an interesting season in the Premier League under new leadership.
