Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey looks set to stay at Arsenal beyond the summer after claiming that he ‘can’t wait’ to work under new Gunners boss Unai Emery, the Independent reports.
Ramsey, who is currently away on international duty with Wales, ha just 12 months left on his current deal at the Emirates which has put his future at the club in doubt.
However, Ramsey spoke after Wales 0-0 draw with Mexico on Tuesday evening and stated that he is looking forward to working under new boss Emery.
I haven’t spoken to him at all yet, but I think it’s an exciting time for the club. I can’t wait to get back there now.
Ramsey is the current longest-serving playing in the Arsenal squad after signing from Cardiff City back in 2010.
United, Liverpool and Barcelona had all been talked about with regards to making a potential move for the midfielder this summer.
