Arsenal v Manchester United: Combined XI

With the Gunners taking on United this Sunday we look ahead to the game and see what kind of team it would be if you combined the two squads.

United sit 2nd in the league with the Gunners back in 6th position after what has been a very disappointing season so far.

Wenger has announced he will be leaving at the end of the season bringing to an end his 22 year reign at the Arsenal helm.

Whilst both United and Arsenal have some fantastic players in their ranks, United seem to have the more complete squad.

Over the past few years with players like Robin Van Persie and Alexis Sanchez leaving the Emirates for Old Trafford, it seems that the Gunners have somewhat fallen behind United since the early rival days of Fergie and Wenger.

The following slideshow is a possible lineup if United and Arsenal combined squads, and what a team it would be.
