Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester United fighting for Ajax attacker
Arsenal are reportedly ready to do battle with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur this summer as they aim to land Ajax star David Neres.
The young Brazilian has been a standout performer for his side this season and it seems his performances have not gone unnoticed. A number of top clubs across Europe have been linked and Arsenal appear to be interested.
Neres, who plays primarily out on the right-hand side as a winger, has been in good form in front of goal this term. In 29 league appearances for Ajax, he has found the net on 11 occasions.
Ajax are understandably determined to retain Neres’ services for the foreseeable future. However, according to Calciomercato, via talkSPORT, they may face an uphill battle in doing so as interest continues to increase.
The 21-year-old is likely to be hot property in the summer transfer window and Ajax are sure to be keen to fend off interest from the Premier League for Neres.
Italian giants AC Milan and Inter Milan are both being linked with Neres, also.
