Arsenal and Liverpool both tried to sign Monaco’s Thomas Lemar in the last transfer window and the duo are reportedly still interested in the Monaco forward but they’ll now face competition for his signature.
According to a report from James Tucker of the Telegraph, Manchester City are also interested in the French international as Pep Guardiola looks to take his side to the next level.

City have a good relationship with Monaco having signed Bernardo Silva and Benjamin Mendy from them for good money last summer and it looks like they’re ready to do business with the French side once again.
The reigning Ligue 1 champions value Lemar at around £90m which could be a stumbling block for all interested parties, but if Monaco are willing to negotiate, then all three Premier League sides will be interested.
It was widely reported that Lemar wanted to join Liverpool earlier in the year but Arsenal and City will be hoping he has a change of heart.
