Arsenal are among a number of clubs around the continent who are chasing Barcelona youngster Robert Navarro, as he is set to decide on his future in the coming months, according to SI.
He is one of the best players coming through the ranks at the Spanish club and his current club face a struggle to keep him at the club with him close to turning 16.
Fellow Premier League club Manchester City are also tracking the player along with a number of fellow European clubs. Arsenal have signed Barca youth players in the past including Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin.
City appear to be in the strongest position for this having already tabled a bid for the player in the past.
There is no set release clause for the player which means that any side who can convince the player to sign will just need to pay a compensation fee.
