Arsenal consider German coach as Wenger replacement

Bundesliga manager Julian Nagelsmann has emerged as another possible managerial target for Arsenal if they choose to replace Arsene Wenger this summer, according to MailOnline.

The club have reportedly written up a shortlist of managers which they would like to replace the current boss Wenger after he has overseen some poor results this season.

Brendan Rodgers and Joachim Low are both currently being considered for the role as well as the Hoffenheim boss Nagelsmann who is aged just 30.

He is the youngster manager currently in the Bundesliga and took over when he was just 28 in 2016 and has really made a major difference at the club.

When he joined they were in 17th place but last season he led them to an impressive 4th place finish which resulted in a Champions League play off match with Liverpool, which they ended up losing.

The club are keen to move to Germany for their next manager after seeing the managerial style out there working well.
