Arsenal have enquired over the availability of Napoli defender Elseid Hysaj, according to ESPN.
The report claims that Arsenal are interested in signing Hysaj as they look to plan for the summer transfer window.
Arsenal are struggling to make it into the top four and could be without Champions League football again this season, despite spending over £100m on strikers during the season.
The club broke their transfer record twice to sign Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, both costing in excess of £50m.

Hysaj has impressed for Napoli over the past few seasons at right-back and has attracted from a number of teams.
The report claims that Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid are also monitoring his progress.
The Albanian fullback could come in and compete with Hector Bellerin at right-back for Arsenal.
Bellerin was recently lambasted for his performance in Arsenal’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in the League Cup final.
