Italian giants Juventus have made an enquiry about Arsenal and England midfielder Jack Wilshere, according to The Mirror.
The 26-year-old’s current contract at the Emirates, as is well reported, runs out in the summer, and so when the January transfer window opened, he was able to talk to foreign clubs to discuss a free transfer in the summer on a pre-contract agreement.
Since he was able to do this, there have been enquiries and offers from some of Europe’s top giants. But Juventus’ new offer seems to be the most likely at the moment.
However, Wilshere, as an Arsenal fan, is preparing to sign an extension to stay in North London, much to Juventus’ anger.

The only problem for Arsenal is that Arsene Wenger’s contract extension offer made to the England midfielder gives him a pay-cut, which is reportedly why there has been no agreement made, considering Wenger said contract negotiations would start in early December.
He is currently on £110,000 per week but the offer of £90,000 is making Juventus and one of their arch rivals, AC Milan, keen on luring him away from the Premier League.
It would be shocking and such a loss if Arsenal were to lose Wilshere in the summer, especially on a free, and such a gain for Juventus, who have been known in the past to sign great players on a free transfer, such as Paul Pogba, Andrea Pirlo and Andrea Barzagli.
However, there is another five months to go until the 2018/19 season starts, and that is plenty of time for Wilshere to sign an extension at Arsenal.
