# Ramsey excited by the prospect of Aubameyang at 100%

Aaron Ramsey is excited by the prospect of what new signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang can bring to the team when he is fully up and running.

As reported by the [Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/aaron-ramsey-reveals-what-arsenal-11969575), Ramsey accepts that the best is yet to come from the striker, who started against scored against Everton on Saturday night.

> If that’s not him at 100% then we’ve got a player on our hands here. Well done to him, he scored on his debut. Miki as well getting his assists, hopefully there’s a lot more to come and they can help us now push and hopefully finish off the season strongly.

Aubameyang was a doubt for the game against Sam Allardyce’s side, but started the game and looked at home in the Gunners side.

He scored Arsenal’s fourth with a brilliantly-taken goal, chipping the ball over the outrushing Jordan Pickford, who was left helpless in between the sticks for Everton.

The Gabon international joined from Dortmund in January as a direct replacement for Alexis Sanchez, who had left for Manchester United.

The striker was heavily linked with a move to the Emirates throughout the January window, but the deal was drawn out until deadline day.

Aubameyang’s arrival saw the Gunners sanction a move that saw Olivier Giroud join Chelsea, who is expected to make his debut for his new side on Monday night against Watford.
