# Arsenal prepare £44m Carrasco move

Arsenal are preparing a £44m bid for Atletico Madrid winger Yannick Carrasco in the summer.

[According to The Daily Mail,](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5329019/Arsenal-keeping-tabs-Atletico-Madrids-Yannick-Carrasco.html) Arsenal are keeping tabs on Carrasco and are willing to make a move at the end of the season.

The report claims that Carrasco has struggled at Atletico this season and could be open to the switch.

Diego Simone is willing to let Carrasco leave, meaning that Arsenal just need to match their valuation of the winger.

Carrasco has started seven La Liga matches this season and will be looking for more regular game time next season.

The report claims that Italian giants Juventus are also interested in the exciting winger.

Arsenal are lining up Carrasco for the summer, but their business this month is far from finished.

The club are expected to finalise a club-record deal to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Borussia Dortmund soon after a £60m fee was agreed with the Bundesliga side.
