As confirmed on the club’s official website, the player has put pen to paper a long-term contract at the Emirates.
In what has been one of the stories of the transfer window, Mkhitaryan has been at the centre of a swap deal involving Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean has moved in the opposite direction, joining Manchester United in a straight player-exchange.
Mkhitaryan had fallen out of favour under Mourinho at Old Trafford. The United boss had publicly criticised the player for ‘going missing’ during games.
The 28-year-old only made 11 starts in the Premier League so far this season, scoring once and registering a further five assists.
The Armenian winger will be hoping for a fresh start at the Emirates. The player has spoken fondly about the club and its style of play in the past.
