# Wenger charged by FA over conduct after West Brom draw

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been charged following his conduct in the match officials’ changing room after the draw against West Brom, the [Football Association](https://twitter.com/PAdugout/status/948192473867833344) has announced.

Wenger and his side were furious with referee Mike Dean after he penalised Callum Chambers for a handball inside the box in the 89th minute, with most pundits agreeing it was the wrong call.

Jay Rodriguez converted the resulting spot kick which cost the Gunners three vital points in their final game of 2017, in what was Wenger’s record breaking 811th game in charge of Arsenal.

Wenger and his players voiced their frustrations after the game in their post-match interviews, with Wenger now being charged over his conduct in the officials’ changing rooms shortly after the game finished.

Wenger and his side will be looking to bounce back from the disappointment at the Hawthorns as they welcome champions Chelsea to the Emirates on Wednesday.
