Manchester City and Pep Guardiola have been alerted to the fact that two clubs are preparing to grab Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in January, as per the Manchester Evening News.
Guardiola was desperate in summer to reunite with his former player who played under him at Barcelona, failing on transfer deadline day with a £60m bid to Arsenal.
The Manchester City boss’ preference was to wait until the summer when the Chilean was a free agent after his contract runs out. However, after hearing about two solid bids, he may have to bring this matter to his attention now.

The two clubs which have bid for Sanchez are unknown to the public, however, PSG remain hot candidates to go for the Arsenal man, as do many other clubs.
If he were to leave for the Etihad, he would face fierce competition simply to get a few minutes with players such as Sergio Aguero, Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus, Bernardo Silva, Kevin de Bruyne, David Silva and Raheem Sterling all featuring in his positions.
As December has just started, it is only a month away from the new year and the January transfer window opening. This means then he is able to talk to other clubs on a pre-contract agreement of the Bosman ruling. All will be revealed then what happens in this saga.
