Five things to look out for in the North London derby

The flames have well and truly been lit once again in the buildup to the latest North London derby.

Tottenham are on the right path to reclaiming some lost ground in terms of club stature with the Gunners. Last season was the first time in the Premier League era that Spurs managed to finish above Arsenal in the league table.

With Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech claiming that Tottenham have to win a trophy to attempt to emulate Arsenal’s historical success,  Gunners and Spurs fans alike will have read these comments and are fully psyched for the fixture.

With talks of a ‘power shift’ emanating from North London, there is only really one true telltale sign that the area of the capital is either ‘red’ or ‘white’.

With fierce, high-intensity derbies such as this, it is best to let the feet do the talking, rather than the mouths. After all, football talks best.
