Sevilla man plays down rumours of move to Arsenal
Steven N’Zonzi has played down rumours of him joining Arsenal and Manchester United, reports Calciomercato.
Since his move from Stoke to Sevilla, N’Zonzi has impressed a lot, meaning many of Europe’s elite want to acquire his services. Juventus were one of these, but they failed to sign him in the summer.
He has recently been linked with Arsenal and Manchester United but the player has come out and played down this reports by saying:
I don’t know what will happen in the future. I’m fine in Seville just now, I feel good. I have adapted to the team’s style of play, it’s my third season here and I’m happy.
However, the Frenchman didn’t hide his love for the English game:
Who knows what will happen? I’m not going to talk about contracts. I love the Premier League, as that’s where I started to play at a high level and I had a great time there.
N’Zonzi has established himself as one of Europe’s best holding midfielders in recent times, and will be keen to push on again this season with Eduardo Berizzo’s Sevilla side.
