Ozcan in talks with Arsenal

Turkish midfielder Berkay Ozcan has confirmed that he is in talks with Arsenal.

The Stuttgart midfielder has revealed that he is currently speaking to Arsenal regarding a potential move to the club.

His representatives are in negotiations with Arsenal over a transfer but he says that he is still considering the switch.

Ozcan says that he is deciding whether a move to Arsenal is right for him, as he does not want to make a big move too early in his career.

Speaking to the BeIn Turkey, Ozcan said this:

My agent and I are in talks with Arsenal. Arsenal have been scouting me for the past two years and send representatives to watch my games.

I am not sure if now is the right time to join Arsenal, it may be a bit early for me. I want to prove myself here and keep developing first.

Ultimately, Arsenal is the club I want to join in the future, god willing I will achieve my goal.

The midfielder has played 22 games for Stuttgart in Germany, as well as having been capped by Turkey at under-21 level.

Arsenal are looking to sign the teenager in January as Arsene Wenger looks to bolster his squad.
