Predicted Arsenal XI vs Red Star Belgrade (A)

Arsenal are top of their Europa League group, with two wins from two games in the competition so far.

Thursday night’s trip to Serbia to face Red Star Belgrade represents a chance for the Gunners to go five points clear at the top of Group H, which would see Arsene Wenger and his men then need just one win and one draw in their final three games of the group stage, to progress to the knockout rounds.

Wenger has a lighter contingent of players to choose from than any manager would like, though; Shkodran Mustafi, Laurent Koscielny, Danny Welbeck, Francis Coquelin, Santi Cazorla and Calum Chambers are all injured.

However, the Arsenal boss has shown before that he likes to use the Europa League to rotate his squad, so he can certainly be expected to do so again in Serbia on Thursday night.

Here’s our predicted starting eleven ahead of the match…
