Juventus and Inter Milan are keen on a move for Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud, according to Calciomercato (via talkSPORT).
The Serie A duo are both on the lookout for a new striker and it appears as though they are considering a swoop for Giroud, who has not played as much as he’d have liked this season.
Giroud, who turned down a move to Everton in the summer transfer window, has found himself largely on the bench in the opening stages of the campaign.
The arrival of Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon has inevitably pushed him further down the pecking order of strikers at Arsene Wenger’s disposal, and Danny Welbeck has been occasionally preferred too.
Although it looks as though Giroud will not depart the Emirates in the near future, a move next summer is certainly not being ruled out as the 31-year-old looks to play on a more regular basis.
Giroud is happy at Arsenal, but moves to either Juventus or Inter Milan are surely tempting propositions.
