Arsenal have been linked with a move for Barcelona midfielder Rafinha for some time now.
The Gunners were reportedly offered the chance to land the Brazilian in a cut-price deal in the summer transfer window, but no move came to fruition.
However, according to reports in Spain (via talkSPORT), Barcelona remain keen to offload the 24-year-old midfielder, and Arsenal could look to move in for him in the January transfer window.
Rafinha is a player who has always been tipped for big things at the Nou Camp, but injuries and a lack of game time have largely hindered his progression with the La Liga giants.
The midfielder is said to be keen on securing first-team football on a regular basis in the second half of the season given that the World Cup follows shortly after. Rafinha will be keen to break into Tite’s plans for his Brazil squad.
AC Milan are also cited with interest in Rafinha.
