# Bellerin disappointed with just a draw at Chelsea

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has expressed his disappointment after his side drew 0-0 at Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

The Gunners went in search of a win over their London rivals, and found themselves ruing missed opportunities at the final whistle following their stalemate at Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal had the main share of the chances, with Aaron Ramsey hitting the post before Alexandre Lacazette missed from close range.

Bellerin himself was a prominent feature in the match, and made several marauding runs down the right hand side. Speaking to the [Evening Standard](https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/hector-bellerin-disappointed-with-arsenal-result-despite-encouraging-performance-in-chelsea-draw-a3636866.html), the Spaniard was disappointed with just a point.

> I’m disappointed because we had chances to win the game. To be fair they had a few as well, but I think if we would have been efficient at the beginning of the game it would have been completely different with the chances we had.

Arsenal look to be coming into some kind of form after suffering a heavy defeat away at Liverpool some weeks ago, but will feel as though they should have capped a resilient display at Stamford Bridge with all three points.

> Obviously we know it’s a hard venue to come to and we can’t really be that disappointed with a point because it was well-fought by both teams, but the fact that we thought we could have come away with a win was disappointing.

Bellerin will now hope to continue his positive form and help the Gunners to a strong season.
