Arsenal player ratings: Bournemouth (H)
Arsenal bounced back from back-to-back defeats with a convincing win over Bournemouth on Saturday.
Arsene Wenger’s side had lost their last two games – to Stoke and Liverpool – but were able to come up trumps against an out-of-form Bournemouth.
The south coast club have now lost all four of their Premier League fixtures this season, with Arsenal now on two wins and two defeats.
Danny Welbeck got Arsenal off to the perfect start, scoring after six minutes to settle the nerves inside The Emirates.
Club-record signing Alexandre Lacazette then added a second for Arsenal in the 27th minute, his second goal of the season.
Welbeck then scored his second of the game midway through the second half to cap off an excellent performance.
A clean sheet was also an added bonus, given that Cech had conceded five goals in the last two games.
