Arsenal have had as bad a start to the new Premier League season as hey could have imagined.
Back-to-back away defeats at Stoke and Liverpool has left a sour taste in fans’ mouths, followed up by a dismal end to the transfer window when additions were demanded and sales were unwanted.
The Gunners will look to get back on track this weekend at home against Bournemouth and there’s nothing like a convincing win to fill fans with confidence once again.
Arsene Wenger will have a fully-fit squad to chose from, outside of Santi Cazorla who will not feature this side of Christmas.
Here’s our predicted XI for the Gunners.
GK: Petr Cech
Cech will continue in goal but the big changes come in defence.
RB: Hector Bellerin
Bellerin returns to the right side of defence as Arenal go back to a back four.
CB: Shkodran Mustafi
Mustafi comes into the side after Arsenal conceded four at Liverpool.
CB: Laurent Koscielny
Koscielny will partner Mustafi once again.
LB: Sead Kolasinac
Kolasinac comes back in with fans demanding him to play.
CM: Granit Xhaka
Xhaka will need to be more disciplined in this deeper role.
CM: Aaron Ramsey
Ramsey will again partner Xhaka in a midfield two.
RW: Theo Walcott
Walcott returns to the side to offer Arsenal some pace in the wide areas.
CAM: Mesut Ozil
Mesut Ozil will look to pull the strings from between the lines.
LW: Alexis Sanchez
Sanchez is a doubt for the game but Arsenal cannot afford to be without him.
ST: Alexandre Lacazette
Lacazette starts alongside Sanchez for the first time.
