According to Fanatik, Arsenal are interested in signing German midfielder, Tolgay Arslan, from Besiktas for €10m.
Arslan has impressed in two years at Besiktas, meaning many big clubs such as Inter Milan and Arsenal have become interested in his services.
It has been reported that Arslan wants a move away from Besiktas to a bigger European sides as he looks to make a name for himself in football at the age of 27.
Competition for places at Besiktas are huge, meaning Arslan won’t get as much game-time as he wants, with the likes of Gary Medel, Atiba Hutchinson and Oguzhan Ozyakup all looking for starting places at the Turkish side.

After a torrid start to the 2017/18 Premier League season, Arsenal will be looking to bring in new faces before tomorrows transfer deadline and Arslan could be one of them.
With Arsenal embarking on a Europa League campaign this season, squad depth is paramount, so they can compete in both the Premier League and Europa League, as well as the Carabao Cup and their defence of the FA Cup.
