Inter Milan are lining up alternatives to Shkodran Mustafi after failing to agree a deal with Arsenal for the defender, Calciomercato who cite Gazzetta dello Sport report.
Inter Milan are reportedly weighing up moves for Dinamo Kiev’s Domagoj Vida, Bayer Leverkusen’s Aleksandar Dragovic and Genoa’s Armando Izzo after hitting a stumbling block in the deal to take Mustafi to the San Siro.
The Serie A side had made Mustafi their number one transfer target this summer and are believed to have offered Mustafi a two-year loan deal with a view to make the move permanent – dependant on how many appearances the German makes for the Italian club.

However, Inter are only prepared to offer €18 million for Mustafi’s services whilst Arsenal are holding out for €25 million in order to claim back as much of the €40 million that they paid for him as possible.
Mustafi has already agreed personal terms with Inter but with Arsenal failing to compromise on their asking price, the deal could be dead in the water.
