Arsene Wenger has hinted that Jack Wilshere’s immediate future may be away from Arsenal this summer.
The Telegraph reports that Wenger is open to letting the player leave this summer in order to fulfil his potential.
I want him to have a chance to play somewhere as well. We have to decide that a bit later. I wanted first him to come back, he is coming out of a fracture. It is the first week he is back in full training and we have to sit down together and see where we go from there. I want him to have the career he can have and I am quite open on that. He has the talent to be regular, but he has to come back to competition in a consistent way.

Wilshere is a target for Serie A side Sampdoria and London rivals West Ham, who are keen on a loan move for the player.
The England international has made his desire to stay at the club known as he looks to break back into the Gunners’ starting XI.
Wilshere will also have one eye on the 2018 World Cup when deciding his next move. The player has also made it known that he’d like to be part of Gareth Southgate’s squad, but to do so, he’ll need regular game time.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at Bournemouth in search of regular first-team football but injuries still halted his playing time under Eddie Howe.
