Arsene Wenger is looking to sell highly rated 19-year-old Jeff Reine-Adelaide, according to France Football as cited on Sport Witness, who claim that talks between Arsenal and other clubs have already taken place.
Reine-Adelaide is still recovering from an ankle injury picked up towards the end of last season and he hasn’t travelled on Arsenal’s pre-season tour.
While it was believed that the youngster hadn’t travelled with the rest of the Arsenal squad due to fitness concerns, it now appears that there may be more to his omission from Wenger’s squad with it being reported that Wenger no longer wants him at the club.
France Football claim that two meetings have already been held between Arsenal and Ligue 1’s Nice over a potential deal for the youngster.
Reine-Adelaide has made eight senior appearances for Arsenal, all of them coming in cup competitions. He is still yet to make his Premier League debut for the Gunners.
