Arsenal are confident of signing AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar this summer, according to The Mirror.
The report claims that Arsenal are confident of being able to land Lemar and are considering going over £45m with a bid to sign him.
It is also said that Arsenal are prepared to offer the winger £100k-a-week to join the club.
Although, Lemar is already eager to join Arsenal and make his move to the Premier League from France.
Monaco have already rejected two offers from Arsenal for Lemar and are desperate to keep him but a massive bid from the Gunners could change their mind.
The club’s latest bid for the Frenchman of £40m was turned down last week.
Arsenal have already made one signing from Ligue 1 this season, breaking their transfer record to land Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon.
The centre-forward joined Arsenal for a club-record £52m earlier this summer and Lemar looks set to join him.
